Change Through Compassion Alum Book/Practice Group

Please join other members of the CTC Alum community to deepen our practices in mindfulness and self-compassion. For the fall course, the book will be “The Art of Holding Space” by Heather Plett.

The class runs from 6 PM – 8 PM EST on the following dates: September 5, September 26, October 10, October 24, November 7, November 21, December 5, and December 12.

The course will be offered in a hybrid format, so participants can join in person at Samaritan Center or via Zoom.

*Note – This class is for those who have completed the initial Change Through Compassion Class. Contact Lesley Huff at lhuff@samaritanlancaster.org if you would like more info on an upcoming CTC intensive or cohort.

Cost
