Simon is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) who serves as Clinical Director with a passion for helping individuals navigate their personal journeys toward healing. He fosters a culture of open communication, professional development, and continuous learning, encouraging each team member to bring their strengths and creativity to their work. By modeling trauma-informed care and a client-centered approach, he ensures that both staff and clients feel seen, heard, and valued. Simon is committed to nurturing a strong, cohesive team that works together to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. With a unique approach that integrates the psychology of movement and the power of human connection, Simon helps clients connect with their bodies and emotions as part of the therapeutic process.
