Lizzie Grosh

Lizzie Grosh, MA, LAPC

Licensed Associate Professional Counselor

Lizzie earned her Master of Arts in Counseling from Messiah University. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Grove City College. Lizzie seeks to embody respect, warmth, and empathy, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space for her clients to process their experiences. She takes a holistic approach to therapy, exploring the wide variety of influences and experiences that shape each individual. Drawing mainly from systems theory, solution-focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy, she works collaboratively with her clients to identify their strengths, gain greater insight, pursue growth and healing, and find solutions that align with their values. Lizzie considers it a privilege to walk alongside her clients on their journeys towards greater health. She is interested in working with individuals, couples, and families.
