As a consultant with Samaritan Consulting Group, Karen brings over 20 years of experience in employee skill development, training, coaching and career transition support.

Her focus throughout her career has been in human resources supporting HR leaders and individual employees as they develop new skills and transition in their career path.

Karen has master’s degree in human resource development from Villanova University and is a certified Retirement Coach. She provides access to several assessments, including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Career Report (MBTI), the Strong Interest Inventory Report and the LifeOptions™ profile retirement report.

Karen is a member of the Retirement Coaches Association, Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Lancaster SHRM.
