Jorge Morgado

Practicum Student

Jorge earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Puerto Rico Cayey’s Campus in 2016. He is currently working on his Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology as part of the Elizabethtown College program. After completion, Jorge plans to pursue his LPC licensure. His clinical interest is working with Spanish speaking population, the BIPOC community, and LGBTQ+. Jorge is specifically interested in approaches such as CBT, narrative therapy, trauma-informed therapy, and spiritually integrated therapy. He takes a non-judgmental stance in his work, centers warmth and presence, incorporates humor, and most importantly, desires to help others achieve their overall well-being.
