Jimmy Elsner

Operations Manager

Jimmy’s desire is to care for people who care for people. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling and Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grace College & Theological Seminary and a spiritual direction certificate through Dominican Sisters of Grand Rapids. After finishing graduate school, he spent the next 5 years assisting growing e-commerce businesses scale their people and operational functions with a focus on employee engagement and integrating business systems. He brings together his background in mental health, framework of the contemplative Christian tradition, and systemic perspective of relationships to help organizations live out their values.
