The Partnership in Ministry Program is a partnership between local churches and the Samaritan Center. Churches contribute $1.50 per church member, up to a maximum of $1,200 annually. The Partnership in Ministry Program makes Samaritan Center’s counseling, education, consultation, and coaching services accessible to all church members, clergy, and staff.
How It Works
Joining Samaritan Center’s Partnership in Ministry Program is simple—and deeply impactful. Your church’s commitment helps make quality mental health services accessible for individuals and families who are unable to afford the full fee for counseling.
Your Partnership In Action
Partner churches don’t just receive resources—they help make a measurable difference. Your contributions support programs that strengthen the wider community while also enriching your congregation’s wellbeing and ministry.
Testimonials
“I decided to partner with Samaritan several years ago because I wanted to be able to refer parishioners to faith-based counseling. I myself have benefited from counseling…talking out my own anxiety and frustration in ministry.”
Pastor AJ Domines, Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church, Elizabethtown
“The church has maintained it’s support of those struggling and hurting and your ministry has been very helpful.”
Pastor Kevin Walden, Thrive Community Church, Lancaster
“We have found that our partnership with Samaritan Center has been quite a fruitful resource, particularly with the seminar we collaborated on last fall addressing the topic of “aging well.”
Michelle Bentley, Parish Administrative Assistant at St. Edward’s Episcopal Church, Lancaster
“I often encourage people to seek Samaritan out and we do give your vouchers when it seems appropriate.”
Father Dan Powell, St. John Neumann Catholic Church, Lancaster
