Lauren Tsai

Partnering Spiritual Director

Lauren Tsai is a commissioned Spiritual Director, holds a Master Degree in Social Work and is a
Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She received her education and training from Wheaton
College, University of Illinois-Chicago, and Christos Center for Spiritual Formation. She lives in
Lancaster County with her husband and has 3 adult children.

Lauren’s background is in the Evangelical tradition. She would be privileged to journey with you
deeper into the heart of God’s love for you. Oftentimes this path is perilous with doubt,
uncertainty, pain, and dark nights of the soul. With deep moorings in God and His Word, as well
as contemplative practices, spiritual direction is an opportunity to be seen and known in your
own faith journey. Together, we look for the Holy Spirit’s invitations within your daily life.

Lauren transitioned to a Spiritual Director role after 30 years of working as a therapist. She
brings these insights into the spiritual journey to grow towards wholeness and inner freedom.
Lauren is open to both in person and virtual spiritual direction sessions
