Larissa Kanz

Clinical Intern

Larissa is working toward her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Grace College. She has previous experience working with university students as a college ministry intern. In this role, she had the privilege of walking alongside individuals experiencing various life trials, pain, and mental health struggles. Larissa recognizes the healing power of providing a compassionate presence and empathetic listening. She works to create a safe, caring emotional space for clients to share their stories, process hardships, and find healing. She aims to promote growth and wellness of the whole person. Larissa is open to incorporating faith and spirituality for clients who desire this integration in counseling. Outside of counseling, Larissa’s favorite thing to do is go for walks, enjoying the beauty and peacefulness of being outdoors.
