Deborah (Debbie) Evans combines her knowledge in training, leadership development, human resources and congregational care with a very ecumenical background. She served 32 years in Education and Staffing roles in the Methodist, Presbyterian, Brethren and Non-Denominational congregations. Debbie is a graduate of Alvernia University (Ph.D. in Leadership; Educational Administration and Organizational Development), Lutheran Seminary and Graduate School of Philadelphia (M.A. in Education and Religion) and Gwynedd Mercy University (B.A. in History and a dual minor in Education & Religion). Debbie has worked in diverse organizations beyond the congregations in Human Resources (she holds a SPHR certification) and Training/Leadership Development in varied settings: Insurance, Healthcare, Supply Chain/Logistics Warehousing and Non-Profit. Debbie works for Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories as the Leadership Development and Continuing Education Specialist. Additionally, she is an Adjunct Professor of Ethics and Leadership at Alvernia University and Ethics & Theology at Gwynedd Mercy University. She teaches the HRCI course for Lancaster SHRM.
