Anne Beecher, MSW, LSW

School-Based Therapist

Anne has a strong desire to help adolescents and works as a school based counselor in the Penn Manor school district. Anne holds a degree in psychology from Indiana University South Bend and obtained her master’s degree in social work from Temple University. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Millersville University. She has worked within the child welfare system in residential treatment programs, foster care, and adoption. She volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for children in the foster care system. Anne also helped to expand the psychosocial programs offered to pediatric cancer families at Penn State Health including a parent support group and the creation of a parent mentor program.
