Building Resilience: A Coping Skills Development Group at Willow Valley

This group aims to help participants identify, practice, and strengthen healthy coping strategies to manage stress, emotional challenges, and life transitions. By fostering self-awareness and resilience, members will be better equipped to handle personal and interpersonal difficulties. Ninety-minute group sessions will begin at 2:15 pm and will take place in the Conference Room located on the 3rd Floor at Manor, Willow Valley Communities on the following Thursdays:

  • April 2, 2026
  • April 23, 2026
  • May 7, 2026
  • May 21, 2026
  • June 4, 2026
  • June 18, 2026 and
  • July 2, 2026
Group participation costs $160 for the full 8 weeks ($20/person/session). While group members may not be available to attend all sessions, a commitment and pre-payment is required for group registration. Payments can be made at the first group meeting.
