Crepes, Kindness, and Community: A Fundraiser to Remember
At Samaritan Center, we believe that healing and hope flourish when communities come together. This past week, we witnessed just that as Rachel’s Café & Creperie graciously opened their doors—and their hearts—to host a fundraiser in support of Samaritan’s mission.
We are especially grateful to Todd Reinhart, our dedicated Board Chair, who was the driving force behind this event. Todd chose to celebrate his birthday not with gifts, but by giving back.

He organized this fundraiser as a way to honor Samaritan’s mission and invited his friends, family, and colleagues to join him in making a meaningful impact. His energy, leadership, and generosity helped turn this event into a heartfelt gathering of support—and we couldn’t be more thankful.
To Rachel’s Café & Creperie: thank you for being such generous hosts and enthusiastic community partners. Your support helps ensure that counseling and mental health services remain accessible for all who need them in our community.
And to everyone who showed up, shared a meal, donated, or simply cheered us on—thank you. Every crepe enjoyed and every dollar raised helps someone take a step toward healing.
This event was a beautiful example of what happens when passion meets purpose. We are honored by Todd’s commitment, and we are truly grateful to Rachel’s for standing with us.
Together, we’re building a stronger, more supported Lancaster.
