Karen Snyder

Partnering Consultant

As a consultant with Samaritan Consulting Group, Karen brings 20-plus years of knowledge and experience from her background in human resources, leadership development and organizational design.

Her focus throughout her career as an HR executive has been in leadership development at all levels of the organization, from frontline and emerging leaders to executives. Karen has experience in global acquisitions and cultural integration, succession planning, and is very knowledgeable about team dynamics. She is genuine in her approach with employees and is also a skilled facilitator and coach.

Karen has a bachelor’s degree in business from Albright College, is a Coaches Training Institute executive coach, holds SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications, and is certified in a number of assessments, including DiSC, Korn Ferry and Thomas 360 Profilers, Insights Discovery, and DDI and Lominger trainings.

Outside of work, Karen serves on the Board of LSHRM, is co-chair of HCM Series for the Lancaster Chamber, volunteers for Junior Achievement and is a certified yoga instructor.
